At the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, the health and wellbeing of colleagues is paramount, and a key people priority. As the Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing, and a key member of the People Experience team, this role provides the opportunity for strategic and operational leadership. This role is responsible for bringing together the range of expertise from across the Trust and delivering clear integrated occupational health and wellbeing strategies to support the delivery of exceptional care.

Requirements for the role:  Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for a person that is creative, proactive and passionate about staff health and wellbeing, and able to take the lead on occupational health and employee wellbeing across the Trust. Ensuring health and wellbeing initiatives become embedded and part of Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust’s culture. In addition to developing and refining a cohesive support package, for both preventative and responsive support, including critical incidents, the role requires developing the trust wellbeing brand and to regularly be on their hospital sites, working in collaboration with all their teams. The successful applicant will need to have experience of leading an occupational health and wellbeing service, in either the private or public sector.
