Invitation to Tender: Occupational Health Services for the Food Standards Agency
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) is seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Service provider to support the health and wellbeing of their dedicated workforce.
About FSA: The FSA is a non-ministerial government department responsible for safeguarding public health and protecting the interests of consumers in relation to food in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Scope of Work: This is a multiple-lot tender and tenderers are invited to bid for all lots or any combination of the three:
- Lot 1 Occupational Health Services
- Lot 2 Health Surveillance (audiometry and spirometry)
- Lot 3 Health Surveillance Analysis and Advice
The selected provider(s) will be expected to deliver a comprehensive range of occupational health services, including but not limited to:
- Pre-employment health assessments
- Absence management
- Vaccinations and immunisations
- Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Health surveillance and screening
- Analysis and interpretation of health surveillance data
Tender Requirements: Interested parties should have a proven track record in delivering occupational health services for multi-site medium-sized employers (approximately 1500 employees).
