Role Summary

Optima Health are looking for passionate Occupational Health Advisors to join their growing team. Their roles offer the flexibility needed to achieve a good work-life balance. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support employee health and well-being: Case management via telephone, video consultations or face 2 face.

Pre-placement checks: Ensure employees are fit to work and fit for task.

Promote a culture of health: Develop and implement engaging health promotion programmes and initiatives.

Provide expert guidance: Offer insightful advice and recommendations on occupational health issues and assist with risk assessments.

Make a lasting impact: Share your expertise through the Optima Health Training Academy. The programme offers mentorship training, allowing you to guide trainee OHAs. If you have specialist knowledge, you'll also have opportunities to teach within the Academy.

 

Who Are They Looking For?

- You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health, as an Occupational Health Advisor

- Current NMC Registration

- An Occupational Health Nursing qualification is desirable however, candidates with relevant experience may also be considered

You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload
