OH Technician Skills Self Assessment

OH Technicians are invited to self-assess against a skills matrix. Click on the link below to start.

The matrix should be signed off by your OH supervisor, who should ideally be an Occupational Health Adviser or Occupational Medicine Physician.

If there are areas you don't meet, you can use the matrix to develop your skills.

The matrix was produced in 2021 by the SOM OH Technicians Special Interest Group, with a review occuring by SOM Council.

Enter either your personal access ( ) code OR your line manager’s access code ( ) How to To start using the checklist, simply start checking the various items off the list. To save your progress simply click the "Save" button. Once you have filled out the checklist you now have the option to share it with someone else. To share the checklist you now have 2 options: You can email your linemanager the link & passcode to your line manager. OR you can click the "export as pdf" button to save it as a pdf which you can download and send to your line manager.
