Occupational Health Consultancy Ltd (OHC) are looking to recruit a new Head of Clinical Services to lead their clinical team.

They are an SME providing occupational health (OH) services to a wide range of customers across the south coast and beyond. Ranging from schools, councils, marine, construction and many more diverse organisations. No two companies are the same which makes the work interesting and there is always something new to learn!

OHC are proud to be a nurse-led company, they will be celebrating 30 years in business later this year which is a fantastic achievement. This is a leadership role and is an integral part of the management team within OHC. It is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing business where they can make an impact on the working lives of their clients.

You'll be managing the clinical team on a day-to-day basis but also taking responsibility for clinical excellence, maintaining partnerships with customers and creating and maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.

Qualifications and experience
• Registered General Nurse - OH Specialist Practitioner on part 3 of the NMC register
• At least 2 years experience managing of OH service delivery and people
• You will need to be an effective communicator both verbally and written
• You will demonstrate leadership experience in providing clear decision-making in a clinical environment

Salary: £60k plus benefits
