Full time (37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday)

Salary c25k p.a. plus benefits, depending on skills and experience

An opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to join March on Stress' busy and dynamic mental health consultancy, supporting their Training (Operations), Business Development and Clinical teams, in providing an outstanding service to a wide variety of client organisations, course delegates and patients.

Excellent organisational and people skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows), strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively, are essential. An ability to prioritise, switch tasks, work independently, as well as with an awareness of the whole team, are required.

Duties:

  • Training support: end-to-end support, both internally and client-facing, including but not limited to calendar management, terms and conditions, joining instructions, and post course administration;
  • Clinical support: including but not limited to logging patient referrals, updating records, appointment setting and GP letters.

For all areas of the business:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
  • Maintaining employee records

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in various office software applications particularly Microsoft Office including Teams.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in an office or clerical role is essential

This is a full-time position but March on Stress would consider requests for part-time working for the right candidate (hours must cover Mondays and Fridays). They offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
