Within this role you will provide functional leadership and direction to the health services team at all KC locations in the EMEA Region.
Areas of responsibility include occupational health and regulatory compliance; health promotion and well-being; and consultative support for health-related issues impacting employees and the business. The purpose is to ensure compliance with internal and external occupational health requirements; to mitigate and/or eliminate health risks to employees; to enhance the health and well-being of employees in alignment with business priorities; and to develop and implement strategies to build and sustain a culture of health.
