Healthwork Group is a well-established, exciting provider of innovative, flexible and high-quality occupational health and safety services and corporate medical services. They provide a full range of occupational health and safety services to a variety of organisations including fire services, police forces, local authorities, NHS trusts and a wide range of private sector employers.

Healthwork Group have a total of five trainee (NTN) ST posts, of which 2 x ST3 posts are now available due to the former trainees completing their training and achieving CCT.

 

The Healthwork Specialist Training post is a run-through Training Programme from ST3 to CCT Consultant status. The Healthwork trainees are part of the Healthwork Academy, which is overseen by their Head of Academy, the highly respected and eminent Consultant Occupational Health Physician Dr Dil Sen FFOM. Dr Sen is an experienced physician and medical educator, who has worked with many trainee Occupational Health Physicians to develop their careers, including achieving MFOM consultant specialist accreditation.

 

The successful candidate will work across sites in the North West and Yorkshire, including Manchester and Leeds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to work effectively in a team. The role will involve dedicated teaching time for weekly supervision with a Consultant OHP, as well as time for experiential learning to achieve curriculum outcomes (such as workplace visits etc.).

 

The successful applicant will be joining their dynamic team of senior and experienced Occupational Physicians including three other trainees (ST3, ST4 and ST5) and experienced occupational health advisers. The applicant will be responsible for the provision of high quality occupational health services to their customers.
