D4Health provides a comprehensive range of occupational health services specialising in absence management.

The Role

This dual role involves delivering combined driver medical and occupational health clinics onsite at the client’s premises on a weekly or fortnightly basis. You will attend locations in your area, but additional sessions will be available for those willing to travel further afield. There will also be the opportunity to conduct assessments remotely from home via Teams or Skype.

Expectations

Consultations: You will conduct DVLA D4 medical assessments in accordance with Group 2 and company guidance. You will conduct absence management assessments and provide clear, concise, expert advice and reports to the client to support case management.

Service Levels: You will complete and provide details of all assessments promptly and in accordance with contractual obligations and service level agreements. You will complete all driver medical reports and provide feedback as to the outcome within 24 hours. You will complete occupational health reports same day (if on-site) or within 48 hours if working remotely.

Communication: You will liaise promptly with the administrative teams, confirming sessions in advance to support forward planning, highlighting issues or queries during your appointments, and assist with any queries that may received relating to your work.

Reliability: You will attend all confirmed sessions and appointments on time and not request last minute changes or cancellations to ensure to maintain their strong reputation for reliability and in return will be prioritised for additional work, when available.

Customer Service: You will ensure that clients and patients receive the best possible standards of service and that you are an ambassador for the company, building on the existing trust and excellent relationships with clients.
