Clarity Occupational Health Limited is a National Occupational Health Services Provider based in Heaton Mersey, Greater Manchester.

For several years Clarity has worked with out-sourced OHPs across their National Client-Bank. Due to continuous growth they are now looking to appoint a dedicated and ambitious OHP to work alongside the Directors and Leadership Team. Clarity has a young, dynamic management team that embraces the challenge and opportunity that occupational health presents and believe they can play a positive pro-active part in shaping the industry’s future.

You should be minimum AFOM qualified, be tier 4 HAVS accredited and be comfortable undertaking challenging complex case work.

Your brief will be simple:

To become part of a team focused on delivering outstanding Occupational Health Services.

Working across a range of blue collar industries your role will be to undertake referrals, ranging from HAV’s and Spirometry referrals through to complex, challenging cases both remotely and face to face.

You will work closely with the Managing and Clinical Director with a view to becoming an executive Board member where you will play a significant role developing policy. They would also like you to work to identify trends within the industry and work as part of a team that provides solutions to the problems our industry faces, and not just accept them as unsolvable.

A private office will be provided for you at the Head Office in South Manchester where you will be required to make occasional visits, but you will also enjoy the freedom to work from home to suit.

They offer a very comprehensive remuneration package, to include a basic salary £100k - £125k + Benefits.
