Netsai Chirenda Specialist Occupational Health Nurse & Deputy Head, Center for Occupational Health and Wellbeing (COHWB), Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Netsai is a skilled occupational health leader who holds a key leadership role in providing services to more than 15,000 NHS staff and various external contracts through the COHWB. With extensive experience across public and private sectors, including aviation occupational health at Virgin Atlantic, she brings a diverse and innovative perspective to her work. Netsai is also an active member of the Society of Occupational Medicine's Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership working groups.
Rachel Chetty
Rachel is a specialist occupational health nurse and a chartered member of CIPD.
As the Associate Director of People for Operational HR at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Rachel leads a dedicated team of HR and Occupational Health professionals. Their primary goal is to create and implement effective people policies and initiatives that promote performance excellence in patient care delivery, while also actively engaging with and addressing the health needs of our workforce to enhance employee health and overall workplace experience.
