Summary:
Presentation of vocational rehabilitation input provided by occupational therapists and mental health nurse, within the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service, NHS Fife. This includes Occupational Therapy assessment, Fatigue Management and Mental Health Nurse service.
Speaker Bios:
Malcolm Joss - Occupational Therapist working in NHS Fife occupational health service since 2000. Initially worked in NHS and commercial contracts completing functional evaluations and workplace assessments. Now working with the NHS workforce completing functional evaluations and workplace assessments; and Working Health Services providing case management to small businesses.
David Hutchison-McDade: Mental Health Nurse working in NHS Fife occupational health & wellbeing service since 2020. Initially provided mental wellbeing support and intervention to NHS Fife employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. This service has since developed to support staff with a number of different mental health conditions within the workplace.
Anna Daly - Occupational Therapist working in NHS Fife occupational health & wellbeing service since January 2022. Initially provided support to NHS Fife employees experiencing post viral fatigue as a result of COVID-19, this service has since developed to support staff referred for fatigue management with a number of different health conditions. (Now also provide functional evaluations and workplace assessment for NHS Fife employees.)
