Webinar - neurodiversity - working at home challenges

FREE for ALL (please log in on the SOM website first).

Summary:

What are the specific challenges to supporting neurodiverse employees with returning to the office?  How can we best support them and is home working always a reasonable adjustment?
We will look at the key points and then gain insight from our knowledgeable panel in a discussion drawing from their varied professional perspectives and lived experiences.

I find a controversial title tends to draw attention, so maybe:
Is home working always a reasonable adjustment for neurodiverse employees?

The panel is not yet confirmed, but will be made up of members of the SOM specialist section for neurodiversity.  We will also be joined by an employment solicitor Kate Lawson at Element Law.
