Purposeful leadership
Building on the success of our Autumn series, this is the first winter "Leading Lights" leadership webinar, aiming to inspire and increasing the leadership capability of Occupational Health Professionals, and through them healthier working lives.

Background:
Developing an authentic sense of self allows great leadership to be activated and sustained.   Research from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development identified that when leaders model purpose, employees have higher levels of organizational commitment, perform better, and are less likely to quit. Purpose-driven leaders also provide clarity to employees – when they know where they’re heading, they feel more confident and empowered.

Passionate about their work, purposeful leaders come across as more genuine. When they approach strategy and development in a purpose-driven way, they are more energized in their current roles, and transfer their energy to the people they lead.

This webinar will bring evidence-based insights and strategies to help the occupational health leader grow their leadership capacity, resilience and impact.
