Your expertise will be crucial to us. You will be providing Occupational and Aviation Medical advice, and whether it is to the OH team or to the business, you will ensure it is of the highest quality, and supports our mission: To fly, To serve. Your remit will be challenging and wide-ranging. Diverse Occupational Health services; aeromedical support; in-flight medical care; advice on crew training; health information for passengers; clinical governance; risk management; compliance and rehabilitation services. All this and more will require your expert input.
In short, you’ll ensure our people, passengers and policies are always in the best possible health.
We’re looking for an outstanding Occupational Health expert. As a minimum, you’ll need to be GMC registered with a license to practice in the UK, and have experience and qualifications in Occupational Medicine. Ideally you will be on the Specialist Register for Occupational Medicine, and also have experience and qualifications in Aviation Medicine. You will have the enthusiasm and ability to meet and anticipate the demands of a large, complex organisation. A commercial mind-set, the ability to work across functions and sharing our total commitment to delivering excellence are also essential.
