AXA Health are looking for talented Occupational Health Physicians to join their multidisciplinary clinical team. As an Occupational Health Physician, the successful applicant will provide OH Services to the highest standards to AXA Health clients. 

What the successful applicant will be doing:

• Provide leadership and guidance to all Clinical staff to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and clinically appropriate advice

• Conduct and deliver occupational health clinics, medicals, and site visits as required

• Provide clinical and management support to internal and external clients both remotely and site based

• Participate and respond to clinical complaints about own practice as directed by the Medical Director, the governance process and the highest standards of service delivery

• Maintain compliance with clinical governance protocols and procedures and provide guidance to both Sales and Account Management as directed

Qualifications:

• Full GMC Registration is essential

• Associateship of Faculty of Occupational Medicine (AFOM) or above is essential

• Outstanding communication skills

• Demonstrate effective influencing skills

• Thrive in a flexible working model (this is a home-based job)

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
